•Pearl Barley lentil soup with farm fresh vegetables

•Caprese salad with tomatoes and fresh Mozzarella
•Waldorf salad
•Thai crunchy coleslaw salad with peanut sauce
Entrée’:
•Fettucini with jalapeno tequila cream sauce
